Shipping Information

As a service to all of our customers, we hand deliver all of our flower arrangements in the San Francisco Bay Area. For some San Francisco Bay Area flower arrangements that the customer chooses to be hand delivered by us, there might be a delivery charge depending on which county it is in. We also deliver our bouquets, corsage/ boutonnieres, and most of our traditional Chinese offerings nationwide. 

Outside of San Francisco Bay Area, all of our deliveries will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Please note: 

We ship via USPS within 24 hours of your order being placed on a business day. If your order falls on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day. 

We suggest that you always input a delivery date one day before the intended delivery date to avoid any disappointments.

We DO NOT ship any of our Funeral Flower Arrangements through USPS. 

Returns

Because every Sweetheart Florist and Trading LLC flower arrangement is made-to-order, Sweetheart Florist and Trading LLC does not accept returns. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us right away at sales@sweetheartfloristsf.com and we will be sure to resolve it promptly.
